I hate to destroy the bike, is there anyway I can just take off all vin number plates and anything that says mega moto, paint it a new color and not get sued for keeping the bike?

My advice would be to honor your agreement. Integrity is a rare quality in people, these days. Have integrity; be honest; be an uncommon person, in a good way. Be cautious entering agreements in the future, be sure you will be willing to honor an agreement before entering it.
