Michigan Minibike history

I will follow this thread with interest. I grew up in Livonia in the 70's and EVERY kid around had a mini bike...many of them LiL Indians because they were in Livonia...it is no accident how many Livonia boys went onto race cars and the auto & truck business, making a lot of money in the process; using their mini bike knowledge.....very cool

Not really a mini bike but the Eel Wheel was made in Pontiac, MI. A very unusual piece that featured front wheel drive along with front and rear wheel steering. There weren't many made and there's even fewer left, I think there were like 30 of them made and maybe 3 or 4 known survivors.
