Maybe he's not in a hurry to sell.

Part of what I thought was odd is that on his ad, he has lots of older photos in very different formats. I thought maybe he had just grabbed a bunch of pictures on the internet and put together an ad to see what sort of response it gets. It's weird, but you never know.
