Have you considered it may be a variety of front, mid- and rear ends? The forks look asian, partly because of the paint coming off of the alloy. But they should be recognizable to someone. That little triangular weldment at the neck could be a clue, too. And no offense but it looks like a modern market Azusa copy. Rear brackets look custom (as does the whole rear after that tubal fusion weld at the driver's side bottom). Do you think that's a repair, or a full hybridization? Rear brake set up looks clean and tight, so I'm guessing repair. Might be fun.
