How to make more from a 2hp. Carb for a start?

Pipe, streamlined intake/carb, maybe Tec adjustable one.
Port cleanup and reliefs, trim head.
Advance timing.
Reduce flywheel fin number and/or height.

Thanks. Yup, the carb looks really restrictive. I can do some porting, and how much should I shave the head? I'll make my own pipe too.

Just enough to remove the recess for the chamber.
Keep the pipe small. 3/4 or 7/8 tops.
