Motor Found in Woods

I found this in the woods near my house. Looks like some sort of compressor maybe? Anyone know what it is?

It bears no tag or markings.

Step 1. Drill and tap a whole in the head put in the oldest spark plug you can find. Put a nasty old carb on it and a little pipe for exhaust. Next lay it in a tub of water for 6 months.

Step 2. Put on ebay

Step 3. Profit
