Very creative Pat..… I'm liking the idea of getting a shop press more and more

It comes in handy more and more all the time. Actually more than I thought

Thank you. I do love the things u can do with a shop press. Gotta get creative sometimes on how your gonna do it, but the results are cool.

While waiting for the paint remover to do its thing on the swingarm, I decided to go ahead and grind off the old and weld on the new tail light bracket.

95% paint removed. Just gotta pick away at the hard to reach spots.

I got the foot peg covers in the mail today. Looks like they're gonna be a great fit! Those tubes I cut for the foot pegs are recycled from some Mini - mate handle bars.
