After thinking about this and the lil Indian that i picked up last weekend. I'm going to let this go. Roller! The belt drive clutch for the motor is included as is the bracket that goes on motor to hold belt shroud in place. The tires are dry cracked but holding air. The front is a Carlisle double Indian, rear is just a Carlisle. Kickstand is there but is not in perfect condition, rear fender with exhaust mount is there but is bent . See pics.
