My garage is no longer a place I keep my new 2016 Blacked Out GMC Silverado 1500!

I have been spending the last week with strippers, and not the good kind!

Getting parts ready for powder coating, I will be putting a lifan electric start 6.5 from HomeDepot - on sale $180
(frame, and fenders, gastank, wheel rims are at ultrasonic cleaners - got tired of using strippers and sand blasting.

Going with a flat army green, putting army decals on it. (frame, and handle bars will be black)



What worse is, I have another one to build in 2 weeks for a friend.

Well I'm looks you need to butter her up a little if your worried..a gift or dinner out..maybe what terrifies Al Bundy..yes that too... :rolleyes::laugh:

Correction to my original post, I have a GMC Sierra not Silverado! ( could not edit original post)

She doesn't enjoy them as much as I do.

and I only have 1 kid, and 4 Baja's (5 with all the extra parts) when I see a run down one on craiglists < $100 I will buy it up for parts, strip it down, clean the parts, put them in a cabinet.


EDIT: Here are the parts after ultrasonic stripped -be warned, this is Baja Porn at its rawest!

Nice! I wish I could find them around here for $100 I would buy them up too...

You can probably make some money on that. Buy them cheap, strip the paint and sell the minibike as a kit with all stripped parts ready for paint or powder coat. It doesn't have to be a Baja, most any minibike you can get cheap, strip and sell would be good.

Brother, with 9 bikes, 3 parts bikes, a built Raptor 4 on my kitchen table and usually 2 bikes in my living room at any given time, I understood the addiction. I never thought I would get away with it, but my wife sees my passion and enthusiasm for these things. She's been awesome and believe me, I have offered to build her one.
