Might want to add a steering damper too. Death wobble at 60 is going to get ugly real fast.
At least from my experience on a bike that will do 60, a scrub brake is worthless. I even have a clutch brake on Tweety Bird and I have to say stopping is an adventure when you know you have to stop and it's a no go if you would have to do it quickly. Tweety is now just for use in the pits at the track, where speed is not a factor.
You know, I've been over 200 mph in a car, and 100+ in a boat and on a motorcycle, but 40+ on a mini bike scares the bejesus out of me.
