My new challenge

#1
To start, I would like to say that I am new to this forum and very happy to be able to share my new project.

It started with an old seized up Kawazaki KLT 200 three wheeler and a complete Honda ATC 200 front fork. It is now on its way to become a fat tire mini bike powered by a HOV 7 hp engine equipped with a centrifugal clutch.

No need to say that my 13 yrs old son and 9 yrs old daughter are really entusiast about papa's new project !! just cant wait to :scooter: around .

Thanks ! I am from a small town between Ottawa Ontario and Montreal Quebec.

I made one of those several years back from an old street bike but I think this one will be much nicer. I hope anyway !

looking pretty cool

I figured you were going to go with rear suspension instead of rigid. Going to go for a suspension seat or anything?

It is now gone for a complete sandblasting and priming job. Just bought a like new seat from a kawazaki vulcan ( Harley clone) for it . I am sure it will look awsome on it once fitted !

Still working on it! Yesterday I removed the governor from the Honda clone engine, today I modifified and relocated the air filter , presently working to connect a direct trottle and next will put it all together.

Some pictures will follow soon !

Wow that is looking nice
I hope you have some billet parts in that engine , because any talk of removing the govenor can get you banned on this site
