Nothing vintage, both Predator powered.
Ones a hemi, mostly ride the GPS Rascal.
The black Azusa bike is fun ,this bike runs very well. Just buy them as kits and add a few things to them. Fun to build and tinker with out in the shop. Brings back memories of the good old days. "70's"

I have four 420 clutches on the bench with the bronze bushings basically worn out.
Two Hilliard extreme duty clutches ,a GPS and an Amazon clutch. Figured it was time to try a CVT.
$60 Amazon special, holy cow on the low end.
Been raining, haven't been able to get out to the country roads yet.Just a few shake down rides down the block.
Picked up a few extra belts, see how this goes.

Hey I like your custom dirt shield, and that CVT fits within the frame nicely. I've just always thought the Rascal looks like a fun ride. Thumbs up.
I ride the GPS Rascal most, as it's a bigger bike.
I made the handle bars too, cut down the ape hangers.
The dirt shield was a must with the big tires, I added the two smaller bars to accommodate the shield, plus I didn't like the single front frame tube.

You should develop your own logo (maybe you have) and create a "brand". Stamp serial numbers on them, add the decals and you'd have a little legacy going.....

Nice looking ride.
Maybe it's me but it looked like the nyloc nut on your driven wasn't threaded on as far as it needs to be. You might want to take the washer off so you can get a couple more threads on the nylon.

That did have me concerned,
Will remove it and see if there is any play.

Wouldn't that be the ultimate!
I've built five over the last couple years,
Sold two of them at a small profit each.
Next summer I plan on stripping down the orange Rascal and having it blasted and powder coated.
Chipped and scratched from wrenching and riding.
It's pretty much dialed in the way I like it now, just needs a facelift.

Upgraded the carb on the War Horse.
Fvrito 26mm Amazon special, very impressed.
Idles like a sewing machine and really has a lot more pull on the top end.
18-68 gearing.
Real nice. I like your engine set up. Did you have to upgrade your manifold for the 26mm carb? Did you lose any power at low end rpm with that change?

The carb set up came with a nice anodized aluminum manifold /mount. Everything bolted right up no modifications needed. Power is there, very responsive all the way through. Going to try to make it out to the country roads this evening and wring it out.

Gearing seems way too high. Are you riding this thing on the downhill? I’d try to get closer to at least a 6.1 gear ratio.
