My Rides

Ok, I have one of the 1 pc. hub and sprocket but it sticks way out from the rim/tire, too much for a narrow frame Bird mini, makes me have to offset the rim/tire to the right.....yours looks "tighter" to the rim/tire.....maybe just the angle of your pics.

Yes, that is the stock sprocket/drum brake setup that comes with the Azusa bike kits. The brake was very time consuming to set up to function somewhat.

Dumb question, but can the split sprocket be mounted to the back side of the flange?.....that would help my issue somewhat if it could!
No, I tried.
The ID of the sprocket is too small.
If you could machine about 1/4" out of each side of the two piece sprocket.

Well with summer winding down,
Very happy with these two minis.
Rode the shit out of them damned near every evening. Both run very good and reliable. Blue bike starts first pull, orange bike on the second pull. No change other than painted the bar's yellow one the orange bike. Had put a juggernaut driver on the Feline but too many R's for cruising.
For some reason the Feline is much louder than the Tiger. Both have the exact same exhaust on them.

Could the noise difference be a timing thing?

Been a while since I've been on here.
Put a lot of miles on a couple of these bikes this summer.
Last week I sold the orange Tiger bike, made a little profit off it.
So I brought the Pecker up out of the basement. I had a slide carb and pipe.
Put those on and really got this Pecker pissed off. Runs good,
Carry on!!!
