We bought this pitiful Heald some time ago and my son instantly claimed it.

Here it is today.

He made new hubs with band brakes, a really heavy duty jackshaft, had a friend sew up an extra soft seat, and made a dash panel that can tell engine rpm, mph, and voltage. Then he stripped it all to pieces, sandblasted, primed, and painted them and reassembled it.

I rode it around the yard yesterday. It's way too fast for this old man:laugh::laugh::laugh: Pulls big wheelies.

I can't take credit for any part of this bike, Angelo. He did all the work himself except for the sandblasting and seat. He is 28 and a graduate engineer so I'd be sorely disappointed in him if he NEEDED any help from me:laugh::laugh::laugh: I have no clue about the nanotech parts he used to make the mph, rpm, and voltmeter thing or how he wrote the program to make it work.

Mr Goat can't keep up with his bike but his won't haul a dead deer out the woods :laugh:
