Never seen this Chopper

Its a pre 70's Bird or sears bike at its core (like the Drover/ranch bike with those shocks). I like the Chrome, Looks like it predates Tecumseh offering those shrouds in chrome (they had lip on the top at that point to fit H25-HS40 bolt patterns) so somebody put some love and cash into it at one point. Not sure what the deal with all the pipes sticking out.

I thought it was a freak bike, mix and match. The pegs reminded me of a Bird.
