New build rake angle

#1
Hi guys, I'm starting to build a scratch build bike and am hoping someone can assist with the rake angle. What I'm considering is a bike roughly the size of an Azusa bike and have no idea if there is a golden rule for the rake or what might be a good starting point. Any input would be appreciated, Thanks

Hey Thanks a lot guys appreciate the feedback!!! So anywhere between 26-35 degrees, excellent. What I'd like to do is keep the bike as tight as I can because the end goal is to carry it around on the back of the jeep on the hitch so I'll likely go for the low end of the scale. The bike isn't for speed so I should be safe.
Cheers,

I'm pretty sure I use 35 degrees on my 2 scratch builds.
I can not tell a lie, those are fantastic bikes!!!!! Funny how 35 degrees doesn't seem to be too much, if you don't mind me asking manchester1 do you know what the wheel base length is on those nice builds of your's? I'm tossing around the 4 foot wheelbase which would fit nicely on the back of the jeep....I figure where the jeep stops the bike takes over lol
