I’m brand new to the hobby and just picked up a Manco Thunderbird, or rather a roller (missing some hardware) and a project H35.
My goal for this bike is not very ambitious at all – get it running by Memorial Day. This will not be as easy as it sounds as I live in an apartment in The Bronx, with intermittent access to a garage or backyard. The bike currently lives in the trunk of my Impala…
I am a notorious and impulsive hobby-jumper and was predictably met with eye rolls when I told people I picked this thing up. So now, I really have a fire in my belly to get it done. I’m hoping that by joining OldMiniBikes, and maybe posting a build thread, that you guys will goad/guilt me into finishing. I will definitely need some help along the way.
Speaking of needing help, this thing was missing some fasteners, can someone please let me know the specs on the below?

- Seat to frame – is this just a nut, bolt, and washers?
