I have this mini bike I just picked up today and it has this clamp style brake. Anyone had experience with this style is it proficient enough to stop when you need to stop? Thanks in advance!
I appreciate it bud I'll keep it then I don't need to be going that fast the kiddos will want to ride. And thanks man I may have overpaid I'm unsure at the moment it needed a carb pull starter and tubes in tires got it for 250
I have always thought those Murrays were interesting... I've passed up a couple looking for bikes. Those brakes should do just fine for what you're doing, and you can get new pads in multiple locations, as they are readily available. Nice find and good luck on the bike!
