They have been around for many many years and have not that great of a track record in the past. The new management might also be family but dealing out of the same stock . I know that health was a big issue for the original owner and when you payed the money and then no contact and no parts being shipped rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. I had only one bad experience back a few years ago and that was enough to blemish the connection.
I think the new name and management are doing a better job. I see things often listed as NOS for a product line, but are just generic parts.

I bought the nos Radius rod safety kit and the Tri-Sport drive belts, both were original nos parts. I recently ordered some Walbro carb parts that I was having trouble finding elseware. They are not the fastest as they used USPS but within reason. All in all I am happy with them.

I have had good luck with them. Always combined shipping and sent items right out. Not too big on leaving feedback on eBay though.

For the record, shipping is their issue. My example, ordered parts on April 1st, got an order completed e-mail on the 4th. The 1st was a fri so I can give them that. Parts arrived on the 13th usps. No it didnt take 9 days to get here because the package was ship dated the 11th. So they most likely waited till they had a few before they shipped. I've been waiting for these carb parts and since i'm off tomorrow the RTS may be running by evening! Yay well my 2¢ anyhow
