You know I have been looking at the burris 71mm piston and ARC modified 3.313 rod for this engine.

If we could just get this cam and crank foolishness sorted out these could be a good race engine ( Inspite of Harbour fright screwing around with the engine's gutty works )

I just got one these. I haven't done anything with it yet but take it out of the box. I'm going to use it in a DB project soon though.

A couple of of things I like so far: the gas tank strainer has been re-designed so that it no longer interferes with putting the cap back on...the old one would spin and need to be aligned with the cap. Also the throttle arm is cable ready for either rear or side mount.

If anyone wants some pics of certain areas LMK.

the throttle setup is ready to go out of the box just hook up your cable. you have to loosen the bolt though its kinda tight and makes the throttle stiff but its only a turn or 2 with a wrench to fix
