New to me bike. Don't know what it is...do you?

Bought a minibike for my kids to enjoy, figuring every kid should have a minibike in their youth. Found it on Craigslist and it is older.

Here are a couple of notes.

1) The front forks have triangular gussets, not rectangular.
2) The frame tubes meet the front stem and are capped and welded.
3) The rear tire is mounted to a cross brace.
4) The bike seems to be set up for a 19' seat although it has a short one on their now.
5) Has a 5hp Tecumseh with a Tav2, which I don't think are original.
6) The front foot mounts are not a bar, each peg is separately welded on.
7) There is a mount for a second set of foot pegs. (Right behind the Tav2)

The frame has older pitted/rusted portions that look to be fixed, so I believe it to be an older model. Here is a picture of my oldest son enjoying it. Not sure what model it is, but would like to find out.

Also if anyone has a close up on how the brake should be set up, post up. The brake does not work/return after pulling...possibly missing a return spring?

That's what I was thinking, but the extra frame sticking out the back, and the front downtubes extending past the neck?? Looks like small tubing like 3/4".

It maybe a Thomas? I'll try to find a pic.

Never mind I don't know.

The rear brake looks like an azusa setup, so that will be easy to straighten out as they are popular and still being produced.

I don't know the brand...but I know it is not a Ruttman of any kind. The neck is wrong ,the top bars, handle bars, pegs, etc. Sorry I couldn't help further than that.

To me, after reviewing pictures online, seems to be some sort of Ruttman variation closely resembling the Goose. All I know is it's a blast to ride.
