I find its easier to mount small tires the warmer it is outside. I usually lay them on the roof of my black truck in the sun to get them nice and pliable .

If I am mounting tires, I just set the tire over the rim and walk away. They melt down and seat.

Good tip… I never knew warmer weather makes it easier.
