Just order 5/18 bolts and nyloc nuts from www.boltdepot.com in the length that you need. Fronts spacers are easy, just measure inside the fork legs, then measure outside to outside of the bearing face when installed, subtract those two numbers and divide it in half.
Rear spacers need a little more care. I'll see if I can get you some measurements.
