OldMiniBikes hi comp 18cc head for predator 212cc valves?

I recently picked up a hi comp 18cc head from OldMiniBikes, and when I went to swap mt valves they were too small for the guides. You can knock em back and forth and im pretty sure theres not supposed to be any play here?

Correct. The head is for 5.5mm valve stems. You have the newer 5mm with split locks and retainers.

You must have the RTC-6 head with the small 5mm diameter valve stems.


X-2...get you some 5.5mm Stainless valves with 26# springs and aluminum retainers....

oh great......so glad i tore my bike apart and waited for head i cant bolt on(yet). They should really mention this kind of detail when you buy it.
