Options for cutting mild steel

#1
What is an affortable saw that cuts and does not spit metal all around.
The cold cut saw that is portable, but still sturdy enough to get the job done.
Or a portaband with a swag offroad jig for mounting and cutting angles?
Thanks for any advice

Find a used 4x6 bandsaw - Harbor Freight or many other brands - and you will be happy. No mess, no noise, cuts square (once you make the necessary adjustments), and cheap to operate.

I have a chop saw, an Evolution Rage, cut-off wheels, reciprocating saw, and jig saw, but my band saw is the one I use the most. I paid $75 for it 6 years ago, and besides replacing the blade, it's been trouble free.
