Red Stamped Femco wheels slight chrome bubbling to rear rim.
Tires are showing age with slight cracking, rear tire is balding.
Chain needs oil or replacing.
One pedal cage is slightly bent.
These make great platforms for Café Racer style 2 stroke motorized bicycles. LOL of course it would it is manufactured by a mini bike company!
