Looks like 3 or 3.5 hp Lawson/ Tecumseh from the early 1960s.

I am new here and I know it says "old mini bikes" but I read the message boards and everyone seemed to be quit knowledgeable on these older motors. I am starting a new project, just trying to get all my ducks in a row. I am building a "brat rod" I'm going to use a metal wheelbarrow for the body coupled with pieces of a metal wagon for the fire wall. I wanted to use that engine to power it. I am also looking at the option of a B/S WH engine. I like the vintage look they have.
