A couple of those do look like they could be real. Others ( especially in the earlier post ) the explosion is so powerful that the culprit would not be standing there looking dazed. They would be on the ground unconscious.

Real yes. But also completely staged. Why else would he walk up to box and stomp on it like that. It set off a timer to trigger the explosion.
