I thought he was really cool. Interesting dude for sure. Esp when he talked about his childhood and growing up.
yea he was a good guy. It is a bummer there are alot of people with good info, good manners, and great skills that that seemed to have given up on the site (cant say I blame alot of them).

Speaking of which, Its good to see that your posting again Casey

 Yes, I agree on both counts.

I think we're talking about 2 different people...the guy I'm talking about had almost 400 posts..I dealt with him several times and he was a stand up guy....I just looked at his last posts and don't see any problems.
Just checked, it is him that added to the problems in the thread bashing Taco Joe. Just wouldn't let it go even though it had nothing to do with him and the guy that originally thought he had a problem came back on and said that it was all just a misunderstanding early on.

I guess him being mostly a Rupp guy explains why I never really ran into him before that exchange. I really don't follow Rupp info since there aren't really too many out here and I'm too full to even consider one if it did pop up lol.

Ièm the guy, next to the guy with the yellow scarf.....

No seriously I am in there bearded guy with a ball cap next to a guy in a fur hat top center.
Doing what I love the most, marching around, shaking my fist, obstructing traffic and yelling stuff

Yeah he was restoring a RUPP Sprint in memory of the one his brother had when they were kids...his brother drowned at a young age and it splintered the family.

He had some cool old photos of his brother riding it...he knew his stuff too I liked him....he was hardly what I would call a "troll".

IMO....he's actually the type of member who we are sorely in need of these days.

.
He was a good dude. I remember reading his posts

Here are 3 from a few years ago that I sure like looking at - good memories and I still had lots of hair!; spent 6 years going from Capetown, So Africa most of the way around the world.
First one is in New Zealand, #2 is on a hike in Rarotonga, Cook Islands and the third is in Fiji.
