Powell Serial Number?

I bought a roller Powell and can't find the serial number. I have wire brushed around the front of the frame near the fork mount. Nothing yet!

I blasted my Powell and never found a serial number. I just figured mine was a super top secret test model. Thanks for killing my dream!
It should be on top of the top frame piece next to the steering neck

I wire brushed the entire top frame member and found nothing.

Ours are probably stolen!

Kinda bums me out though. I have a small fortune invested in mine...and no serial number. I dunno if it matters that much, but still bothers me.
