Hey I'm new to the mini bike scene and small engines in general. I'm having an issue with what I think is the governor arm being to loose at idle. At idle the bike wants to spin the rear wheel like it getting throttle. If I pull the governor arm out it will idle fine and not move. Is there a way to adjust the tension on the arm?
