Predator choke issue

Hi all,
My son has a go-kart we built, with a stock Predator. It sat for nearly a yr. We drained the fuel, cleaned the carb, changed the oil, and it fired right up, BUT, it will only run well with the choke on. It will idle with the choke off, but dies the instant you hit the throttle.
Any specific ideas on what to do? We cleaned the fuel line and tank, redid the carb, including the fuel switch. The only thing that looks remotely out of sorts is that the e-tube looks a little corroded maybe? It has a greenish, brown look, like copper that's been outside.

And you nailed it. The E tube sounds clogged or corroded enough that it's limiting fuel.

If cleaning the e tube fails, these carbs cost less than $20. shipped.

Good cleaning on the e-tube and high side jet plus the low side jet, I like spray type brake cleaner followed by compressed air.

Make sure you also have enough oil installed. Low oil sensor is touchy
