Predator/clone crankshafts

#1
Has anyone tried swapping a predator crank into a jingjangdong?

The 2015 series clone on a Baja doesn't have a tapped crank for a TC, whereas the predator does.
I could try tapping it myself, but the odds of a screw up are possibly high without a drill press.

I know there's a work around using a long lugnut, which I've done on another engine, but I'm not a fan of it.

I have a retired predator, and I might just give it a try.

I just found a yube that says the journals are sized differently.

What didn't you like about the lug nut? Stick out too far? I was just thinking how the lug nut seemed better than the bolt...

Why not just do a rebuild on the predator? Get a gasket set, run a bottle hone down the cylinder, get a ring set, lap the valves and replace the connecting rod with a new stock rod.

I 2nd that! Nows the time to put in a stroker crank or port the head... upgrade all the moving parts...
