Predator fuel pump

I am lost on a fuel pump install on a Predator 212. If I install a pulse fitting on the valve cover ,do I still need to leave the vent tube on also or do I remove or plug it?

No do not plug it. There is a one way check valve in the cover that needs to be there. You need a fitting below the reed plate to get the crankcase pulses to the pump diaphragm. You can use brass tube and drill a hole on the top side but make sure it does not get in the way of the spark plug and JB Weld it in place. It’s better to pulse off intake if you have a manifold.

Here's a pic showing how I had the fuel pump set up on a clone engine I used to have. It worked without any issues.
