Questions regarding Lil Indian 400 Brake Lever and Throttle Assembly

I am in the process of restoring a Lil Indian which I believe is a 400, the serial no. is a little hard to read. From what I can tell it's 40290, the second digit (0) is hard to see. When I purchased the bike it was in pieces and included was the two different brake levers (see photo), which one of these levers is correct?

Also it came with a throttle assembly (see photos), is this the same assembly that came on Lil Indian mini bikes?

Thank you for your help.

This is just a guess. This is a 68,although a different model they may have used the same for different models. Again this is just a guess. 20220529_153908.jpg

Thank you for your help.
I recently bought these from a member. They are NOS used on '67-'68 LIL INDIANS and others. Show some clear pics of your project, always helps members to ID your stuff

I would say brake lever on left is correct and wrong throttle assembly. I think that throttle is called Oden. Most Lil Indians has the waffle grips as Patrick posted.
