Rear axle Dixie setup

Does anyone have a picture of what the rear axle setup for a dixie Should look like? I’m not even sure I have the right parts or all the right parts, and any combination of what I do have just pinches the bearings when I try to tighten it. Thanks for any help

I have no idea if the frame is actually a Dixie, or if it’s something else with Taiwan made dixie tires. I know the motor isn’t original (3.5hp tecumseh side popper- I think it says h35 for model), and it’s got a throttle tube off a moped and a powerdyne seat was zip tied to it.

You are missing some chain tensioners one for each side of the rear axel. My guess is they would like be something like the picture below.
