Nice bike! Looks like a Gemini (has GEMINI stamped into headlight bucket). I think the same basic bikes were also sold as Puma and Keystone. I think most models had a number plate and no lighting. As far as I know, they were manufactured in Taiwan; I imagine they were imported as rollers and the engines added in the US. They appear to be well-made/sturdy. Yours looks to be very complete and in great condition. Use the search feature at the top-right of the page to find more info.
