Rupp brake switch or what ever. 1970's

I'm looking for the thing/switch that works the rear lights on the 70 roadsters. I guess it's not really the switch. Looks like a couple plastic pieces for 2 wires to hook to. I have the switch. I have seen the black one on eBay and wonder if that would work. It looks bigger but seems to have the 2 terminals.

you would have to alter/cut and modfiy the cable to fit it in 1970. since the cables were pre assembled with U bracket that year. Later built bikes were open ended/clamp down cables at the brake arms, so you could just slide the casing off and install the brake switch.

Will that black one on eBay work? I know it's for other makes and models but It seems it might work.

Do you mean the cables came pre assembled with that plastic thing? I mean they made a million of these Rupps from 71 to 75.

I ordered one from Black Widow Motor sports for my 70 Rupp Roadster. Worked great.

Was going to say I thought they had these on BWS?
I was going to buy those for my MTD when I put brake light on it. But went another direction
