Can anyone help me identify this frame? I'm guessing it's a continental or dart? Does anyone know the approximate value?

To me it definitely is looking like a Continental, shame the turbine wheels are missing. Those bring some good coin when they pop up for sale

When I traded for this Rupp many years ago I was told it was a Rupp Continental but was never able to confirm it. Judging by your serial number it’s a pretty early one though. I’ve asked before on OldMiniBikes if anyone knows how to decipher Rupp serial numbers but nobody seems to know.Also they frown on asking values on here and you can sell stuff through the classified section but it will be deleted if no price or best offer etc. is in the post.
Welcome to the site, you’ll definitely enjoy it because most are great on here and are very knowledgeable with the possible exception of Rupp serial number deciphering.

I will most likely sell it. I’ve had it since I was a kid. I’ve slowly lost parts from moving over the years and need to come to the reality that I’m not going to finish it .
