The rusty hulk that I'm starting with is so bad that I cannot tell what part is what. The driven side bearings had come out of the housing and the entire area was rusted out. So today I received some parts and I was hoping to find out if I had this assembled correctly. I'm especially interested in any missing parts (washers, bushings, etc.).

As far as I can tell, it looks like you've got it all there (you did put the keys in, right? You need to get that backplate on the driven unit tighter against the bumper pads though. I don't have the bike anymore, so I can't take any pictures, but I did find these pictures of my 70 Rupp jackshaft. The only difference between yours and mine should be that my sprocket was held on by a roll pin instead of a nut and key.
