Rupp RTM 80 blinkers?

I just picked up this nice original Rupp RTM 80. It has a set of blinkers on it, Im not sure if someone added them to it or if it was a factory option. I appreciate the input. Thanks

They were most likely added but they do look like a vintage aftermarket accessory. I have an rmt 80 and most of them don’t have the rear taillight as the fender usually breaks off. Nice original bike you have.

Wow that is so cool!
Would love to try and make my bike street legal, finding blinkers that look the part are proving difficult.
Does it have a flasher on it?

Thanks for the reply guys. I have a feeling they are aftermarket too, but thought somebody would know for sure. I bought the bike just as shown and am starting to clean it up a little. It has been sitting in a garage for the last 15 years. My plan is to just clean it up and get it running and leave it as an original survivor. I posted an ad in the wanted section for a ignition switch as mine is shot and the key is broken off as well. Let me know if you have a spare. I will post more pictures of it as I get it clean. Thanks Yes it does have a flasher on it.

I came across this spec sheet for the rmt 80 and it shows that a turn signal kit was available as an accessory. I guess until someone can prove that its not, I will just assume that these are those accessories. Please let me know. Thank you

I do find it interesting that the left and right blinker switch positions seem inverted
I would prefer the right to be up and left to be down, like it is in a car.
