Wrong engine, wrong handlebars, no two speed, wrong brake...

It was never a TT bike. It was a 68 non-lighted bike, but there is so much missing or wrong, that you're really just buying the frame and a set of Turbine wheels (not even the right year).

EDIT: It's a 68 frame, with 69 non-lighted forks (Digger, Ram, Goat) since the 68 non-lighted bikes had internal suspension.

The rear brake looks like it came off a 71 and up bike.
