So my neighbor is a scrap guy. I see a ton of stuff come and go over there... I asked if he had a Tecumseh 70s type recoil, screen and cup. A few weeks later this was at my door....I hate to pull it apart...it looks good...lol
The snow blower it was on was mint....all to the scrap. He says it happens all the time.
