Sears/Roper front end

#5
The Azusa forks are a bit smaller than most vintage frames, and the tubing is a smaller diameter than normally found on vintage minis like the Sears/Roper...

I have pics of Azusa forks mounted on other makes of frames, but I think this pic says it best...

The tiny little red bike is an Azusa...the other two are vintage...

If I can make a suggestion...

The forks on this bike were rubbish...about like yours...bent numerous times, broken/rewelded, etc...

I cut the old legs off at the bottom of the trees, and sleeved new legs on...

The sleeves reinforce the area where bending usually occurs, so they won't bend again...

You could cut and sleeve yours...old school springer and 8" stretch in the handlebars is optional...

Minibike forks

Duane, I might have those forks, can you tell me the measurement between the upper and lower fork plates and the diameter of the handlebars where the throttle attaches? John.
