In the karting rulebook/info, they stated it was acceptable to Slip fit the crank bearing on the Motorsports engines. Anyone know if doing this you simply modify to a slip fit for the bearing to slide on/off or does a groove need to be cut and a c clip need to be installed to retain the bearing? with the standard press on, its kinda hard to tell how much, if any, travel would be there once assembled if the bearing was not locked to the shaft.

This is an afterthought after assembling a couple of H50's, I just refreshed my Motorsports H50 and put it back together as well as another H50. Both of them were better off fully assembled than apart in the disaster area that is my garage, Of course after I did this I was going through some boxes throwing out old parts and found a Mechanical compression release cam that I could have thrown in the stocker over the BCR....Not so easy to swap parts dealing with that pressed on bearing in the way
