Google shows 'concourse restoration'.

I guess I don't get it. I would think a 'true' collector, would make better use of their 9 thousand dollars. In my opinion, one could purchase 2 to 3 truly collectible | original | survivor | rare | mini bikes for that kind of money.

I guess it just depends what one has their sights on. It is a nice looking example of a restored bike.

10k is is nothing when you're worth lots of millions. A couple of guys bid on it for shits and giggles most likely.

I'm more surprised by the 1993 Mustang Cobra R with 589 miles on it that sold at Barrett Jackson recently for $130k+. One with 2k miles sold for $85k on BaT. Not to mention the recent W210 E55 sales. One at $20k and another hitting almost $30k.

I remember watching Reggie Jackson and others paying $350,000+ for chevelles, camaros etc. many years ago. I know some are rare but the stupid prices made me realize I have NOTHING in common with them.
