Some modifications to my Trailmaster Hurricane/Pred. 224cc

Did you scrub it really well before you took your pictures, or is it more of a suburb cruiser?
Just curious, because if you scrubbed it, I was gonna ask what you used. Nothing in my barn will ever look as nice as your bike.

Is it a bolt through the steering head, or a tube through tapered roller bearings? I am really trying to find a hydraulic fork that I can use without changing my head tube. I have a 1.5 inch OD head tube now. Thanks for your reply, Sir.

It's meant to be used on the the trailmaster directly which has those bicycle type bearins but is a bolt thru and the large bolt they give with the kit just so happens to have a 5/8" center hole through the bolt, so you can cut it and use it like a spacer. I didn't realize until after I bought some 1" odx5/8" id stainless spacer stock. I plan to cut it to the length i need, knurl it and press fit it in the triples, will probably coat it good with 3m 5200 just for added adhesion, if you never used that stuff, its better then a weld. don't use it on anything you plan to take apart again. that should really lock the spacers in the triples. You can even upgrade to a radial style 4 piston caliper, just have to enlarge and re thread the mount on the fork to the larger size bolts needed for the 82mm caliper.
*I haven't done that yet, so not 100% sure if there's room between rotor/wheel for the 4 pot caliper, but I'll report back when I get to that stage of the game.

I haven't taken it on the trails yet. I'm also tinkering with it make sure everything is ready. I made it street legal but will soon hit the trails.
