Please post some more pics after you get it home. Would be interesting to determine whether it came with those brackets on vertical pipe section in the rear.

Brackets are aftermarket. The rear axle tabs have been butchered but still there. Fox Sprite.

Yeah if it was cheap and you don't have it by now it's probably gone. Some people on line just want as much as they can get from their items. Every time I sell anything on line I always get some Ding dong saying I'm to cheap and it's worth more than I'm asking but not wanting to buy it.
Or you get the ones that want you to hold it for them and they will give you a little extra money. Usually the good deals are gone within hours if not minutes of the listing.
