#1
Hello from high and dry Phoenix Arizona. I have recently been offered a beautiful Rupp Kart and have decided to sell my best minibike to purchase it. This is a brand-new Taco 100b custom as seen at Taco mini bikes website. Custom built by Taco Joe and his guys in Santa Anta California. No expense spared featuring The Best of the Best. Ordering one of these custom built Factory bikes requires over a six-month wait and over $3000. Never riden out of the neighborhood, never ridden on a trail other than grass Screenshot_2018-10-28-14-03-47.png Screenshot_2018-10-28-14-03-47.png Screenshot_2018-10-28-14-03-47.png Screenshot_2018-10-28-14-03-47.png 20181122_170438.jpg and carefully garage stored in temperature controlled mini bike shop.Recently serviced at Innovative karting here in Phoenix and runs ,idles ,starts and stops perfectly.
Very fast although not geared for top end, but geared for comfortable riding, Trail use, and around 50 mile an hour top speed. Beautiful condition from top to bottom. Powder coat Taco purple completely chromed-out Predator 212 with all of the right options from Taco Joe on it including mikini carburetor ,custom intake , Chrome custom tank, chromed recoil cover , Chrome chain guard, Chrome Header heavy duty roller chain, Governor Professional removed ,ect ect. Its a full suspension no expense spared build. Best of the Best.. amazing Christmas gift for yourself or someone you love.
$2,000 no trades please. I don't want to box it up or take it apart. I would suggest uShip as they do a great job. I will assist in the pickup of it locally or when you send your shipper. I can take it to my business for pick up if it's cheaper. My personal cell for text or call would be 602-488-1298. Happy to answer any questions about the bike. I'm sure I've left out some information that you would like. Happy holidays...Phxminiguy52 Mark..

I may consider a trade even up for a fabulous looking restored vintage Kart. Must be ready to run.

Because my personal business is here in the wind in this and another thread, I will clarify: I was not going to trade a mint, restored 1965 Rupp Grand Prix for anything with a Predator on it. No one else would have either.

So I'll let the Predator fans continue on with their "smart decision" comments. Had I made the trade, this individual would have made out like a bandit.

Dave..
I apologize for my open conversation ,it was a mistake on my part.
Got ahead of myself in my excitement over a kart.
Won't happen again.
Your business is your own..not mine to openly air out ever.
Being new, I wasn't aware how the conversation page worked..
We can keep our Nice toys and all will be well...
I'll pm any private matters from here out
Off of the web on private matters to member's.
However, Based on $$$ spent on the bike and the added cash offered I personally think, I wouldn't have made out
"Like a Bandit" , I never intended to get the best of anyone. Especially you as I respect you ,your opinions and great expertise in Project builds. Your work is excellent.
I think folks said "smart decision" due to what I spent and what I was offering it for sale "outright " before I made a snap decision on selling my new generation bike.

Again i only said smart decision referring to
phxminiguy52 meaning if he was into the bike for $3000
and was trying to do a quick sale at $2000 to loose a $1000 it was a smart decision just to keep the bike and not loose anything !
I think we pretty much all understand that, and I took no offense by it. I don't think anybody really did. Let's get back to enjoying our hobby shall we. Mark

@bobby_yue I was making a joke to assuage my incredulity when this guy publicly misrepresented a series of events that had me looking like I was interested in trading my kart for a Taco. I didn't have a problem with your comment, and you will notice it was not I who brought your name up yesterday at 10:34 PM.

@phxminiguy52 Since you added the "however" to your so called apology, I will respond directly to you:

My honesty, and buying and selling reputation on this forum is in good standing. I plan to keep it that way. I was willing to let this all go, and just not have any more interaction with you. You are in no position to continue this public display of an issue you caused, because you tried to make a deal without having any money to make it with, and because your wife insisted you pull back from a deal I wasn't interested in anyway.

At a minimum, you should educate yourself on the value of the toys you seek. Here is a Rupp kart, less valuable than mine, much nearer to you:

restored vintage rupp a bone gokart go kart gocart cart - $4000 (tempe)

Nice bike and very similar. Even has the same something that was attached to the handlebars like maybe a light.
Similar true but, Not the same bike. It's out here in Phoenix with me in my shop. My grandson added a little LED bike light to the handlebars on it. It was built in California at Taco. They're really great bikes and we've had lots of fun with it . Mark

hello from Denver mark!!! your bike really looks awesome, but my shipper needs $750.00 for the shipping. I just can,t swing $3,750.00 for it. can you help me out on the price to offset the shipping a bit? if not I completely understand. I always wanted one of these bikes, but it all just comes to too much for me to handle. I do appreciate your time and if I don't hear back from you I will figure you just can't do it. thanks again in Denver. david
