Tecumseh experts..should i grab this?

Today Im going on another engine purchase. .
Picking up a Briggs 7hp..
And might make offer on this extremely heavy duty looking Tecumseh. ..notice the aluminum recoil looks like heavy duty engine. .5 to 7 HP?

On the flywheel shroud should say what the motor size is and it may also have the lighting coil - hard to tell from the picture.

nothing special really. just 70's 8 or 10 big block Tecumseh. I trip over them all the time in my state.(snowblower engine)

Grabbed the tecumseh
And a Briggs 7hp...at 20 bucks for the Briggs and 30 for the Tecumseh I couldn't say no...
